Document Controller

• Verify submission of materials and method statement documents before commencing work.
• Produce reports meeting project requirements.
• Manage the Aconex database for project teams, including document uploads and distribution.
• Conduct regular audits of site records.
• Enforce compliance with company quality policies and audit processes.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in any field.
• Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin translation and documentation.
• Willing to be based in Kuantan, Pahang.
