- 協助QEMR實施及維護ISO9001、ISO 45001及ISO14001管理系統。
- 協調、安排和計劃認證機構審核、內部和第三方審核並跟進糾正措施。
- 確保組織遵守 ISO/AS 法規和標準以及公司的標準作業程序 (SOP) 和工作說明 (WI)。
- 每年審查並更新記錄信息，如風險與機會登記冊、環境因素與影響登記冊、組織過程管理計劃等。
- 確保所有員工的職位說明都相應更新。
- 遵守並遵循綜合管理程序、法律和要求、公司標準、5S、政策和法規。
- 品質和環境目標的文件準備。
- 支援公司文件控制和記錄管理政策、程序和標準的製定和實施。
- 確保所有文件、記錄和分發清單均按照要求進行維護，並使用標準系統以便於檢索。
- 上級不時分配的其他任務。
- 候選人必須至少擁有相關領域的文憑/專業證書（高級/更高/學位）。
- 該職位要求相關領域至少有 2 年的工作經驗，塑膠產業製造的 ISO 9001、ISO 45001 和 ISO 14000 知識和經驗是額外的優勢。
