The individual in this role will perform the following functions:

  • Maintain proficiency with system applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Manage the receipt and processing of incoming documents in various formats such as text, and images.
  • Consolidate various files into a single comprehensive document.
  • Efficiently execute copying, scanning, and emailing tasks.
  • Distribute documentation to the designated recipients in a timely manner.
  • Handle elementary level job products, follow up clients’ enquiries, service requests, proofread documents to ensure quality control and the accuracy of all documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Have an urgent sense.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in Cantonese is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis (Morning, Middle, Overnight Shifts) with shift allowances provided for Mid and Overnight Shifts.
  • Suitable for candidates who thrive in a quiet, focused environment, prefer minimal interaction with people and require minimal direct supervision.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Working 11-12 hours is required during peak periods (March, April, August, September).
