NPI Assistant Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NPI Assistant Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and approving E&Q BOM by lot for both existing and new devices/packages. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and adherence to customer requirements to ensure smooth execution of build processes.

Key Responsibilities:
E&Q BOM Approval (Existing Devices):

1. Review build requirements and their purpose.
2. Check BOM history and confirm usage based on build requirements.
3. Confirm process flow and assign plan IDs according to build specifications.
4. Collaborate with PMO and Process Engineering for any special build requirements.
5. Hold document reviews if further clarification is needed (customer/internal).
6. Approve BOMs if no concerns are identified.

E&Q BOM Approval (New Devices/New Packages):

1. Review TGA/AQP and confirm BOM/process flow.
2. Follow the same process steps as above for approval.

Requirements:
(A) Qualification:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent related to the job nature.

(B) Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

(C) Special Skills:

1. Strong coordination skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
