Key Task
- Compiling and checking spare part catalogues from technical drawings
- Preparing order documentation according to company processes and procedures
- Checking prepared documentation for consistency and completeness
- Preparing documentation package including printing and filing
- Monitoring documentation material stocks and trigger purchases as required
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate activities based on a forecast gathered
- Communication with the documentation team (German counter-partners) concerning procedures, processes and work packages
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or possess comparable qualification
- You speak English fluently
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in the area of supply planning or in relevant production processes
- You have a high level of analytical skills and experience in capacity planning and in inventory management
- You are good at master data management with a focus on production planning, coordination, pre-planning and network plan maintenance
- You have strong communication skills and like to think outside the box
- Your systematic, independent and responsible way of working rounds off your profile
