Driver cum PA

Responsibilities

• Responsible in managing the Director’s day-to-day administrative and operational matters
• Assist in director’s personal and family matters
• Perform other duties as assigned by the director from time to time.
• Responsible in managing the Director’s day-to-day administrative and operational matters
• Handling of personal and private/confidential matters for the Director and/or immediate family members of the Directors as instructed
• Ensuring that vehicles in good condition and are always ready for use.
• Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen with a valid driving licence.
• A matured, responsible and disciplined individual.
• Physically fit and mentally alert.
• Familiar with roads and has a good sense of direction (know how to use Waze, Google Maps and etc).
• Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
• Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations
• Willing to travel, when required
• Assist in director’s personal and family matters
• No Criminal record
• Non-drinker
• Must be PUNCTUAL in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule.
