- Property Showcase: Collaborate with our real estate agents and marketing team to create dynamic video tours and virtual walkthroughs that highlight the key features and selling points of each property.
- Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that evoke emotion and excitement, effectively communicating the lifestyle and potential that each property offers to prospective buyers.
- Editing Excellence: Utilize your editing expertise to curate footage, add transitions, and enhance visuals, ensuring that each video reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Drone Footage Integration: Incorporate stunning aerial footage captured by our drone team to provide unique perspectives and showcase the surrounding neighborhood and amenities.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with our clients to understand their vision and preferences, incorporating their feedback to ensure that the final product exceeds expectations.
- Market Trends Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in real estate marketing and video production, continuously seeking ways to innovate and differentiate our offerings.
- Possess minimum Diploma or above
- Able to speak and understand English and Mandarin
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing your proficiency in real estate or property-related projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and the ability to translate property features into compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
