E-Commerce Executive

Job Description :

1. Paltform Management

-Oversee daily operations of online shop such as Shopee and Tiktok

-Ensure product listing are accurate, up-to-date and optimized for search

-Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stock outs

-Plan and manage in-app ads to drive traffice and conversations

-Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations

-To monitor and support mega campaigns such as 3.3, 9.9, 11.11 or payday sales

2. Marketing Strategy
-Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored for each platform

-Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and effective visual content

-Utilize platform-specific advertising tools to drive traffic and sales

-Manage promotions and discount strategies to maximize sales

-Coordinate promotional activities and live-streaming events on TIktok

3. Collaboration and Communications

-Work closely with the internal designer and brand strategy

Requirements :
1 . Bachelor 's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology or a related field

2. At least 3 years in digital marketing or managing e-commerce

3. Strong experience in Sales and or Marketing and Digital Savvy

4. Has successfully delivered on KPI's especially top and bottom-line business results

5. Experience in leading business transformation to develop new opportunity beyond current

6. Strong skills in communications, analytical and adaptability
