Job Responsibility
- Oversee and manage online marketplaces, including Lazada, Shopee, and the companyâs website.
- Manage daily operations related to e-commerce orders, including processing, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory and reorder stock when needed.
- Ensure accurate product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints related to online sales.
- Process online orders efficiently, coordinating with warehouse teams for timely delivery.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of promotions and sales on e-commerce platforms.
- Keep records of daily and weekly sales and report any issues.
- Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with company policies, especially related to pharmaceutical products.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail or pharmacy industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent Organizational, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e-commerce management tools and warehouse management system.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
