What You’ll Be Doing
What We’re Looking For
- Identify and engage TikTok creators, influencers, and partners who align with the brand identity, and onboard them into the affiliate program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok affiliates by providing ongoing support, creative content ideas, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute TikTok affiliate campaigns that align with brand objectives and boost engagement.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, engagement rates), and implement data-driven strategies to optimize results.
- Work closely with affiliates to co-create engaging, conversion-driven content, while providing necessary promotional materials and support.
- Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to continuously refine and enhance the affiliate marketing strategy.
- Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior / Company.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Familiar with TikTok trends, creators, and content formats.
- Pro-active, have a good spirit of teamwork and can work with other departments.
- Interested in data analysis and tracking tools to monitor campaign performance.
- Must be able to standby for double-digit day sales or major campaigns when required.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks to minimize errors.
- Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English; Mandarin speakers are preferred.
