E-Commerce Operations Executive

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings and ensure accurate information across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
-Lead the order processing and fulfillment workflow, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
-Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners to manage stock levels and ensure smooth operations.
-Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize overstock.
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints through chat platforms and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
-Resolve escalated operational issues and identify areas for process improvement.
-Support promotional campaigns by coordinating platform settings (e.g., vouchers, discounts).
-Collaborate with internal teams (finance, marketing) to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
-Prepare reports on order fulfillment, inventory levels, and customer service metrics.

Job Requirements:
-Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields will be an advantage.
-Experience: 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or inventory management.

Leadership Skills:
-Ability to take ownership of processes and lead cross-functional teams.
-Experience in supervising or coordinating teams in an operational setting.
-Strong decision-making skills and the ability to motivate others to meet targets.

Technical and Soft Skills:
-Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
-Experience in handling customer messages, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data management tools.
-Language: Good command of [required language(s)], both written and spoken.
