Job Overview:
Lafre Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and organized Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator to manage warehouse shipments, orders, and customer relations. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely delivery of shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and resolving customer concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange shipments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Oversee order processing from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipment status, and delivery concerns.
- Liaise with shipping companies and other external partners to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure stock levels, orders, and shipments align with company goals.
- Prepare necessary documentation for shipments and maintain accurate shipping records.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle time-sensitive shipments.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve shipping or customer-related issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least an SPM or Diploma in administration, business management, or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Positive work attitude, strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and teamwork.
