• Good command of Mandarin and English
• Min Diploma in any field
• Fresh Graduate
• Well versed in Microsoft application.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in communicating with key account managers on designated platform's marketing campaigns, live deals, and promotions
• Manage customer service to provide a seamless customer experience for sales growth
• Work closely with designers to ensure deliverables consistently deliver brand value, the right products, and mechanics to maximize branding in e-commerce platforms and social media.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks when required.
