Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive (KL, Remote)

As our E-commerce & Marketplace Executive, you'll be instrumental in expanding our online presence and driving commercial growth in Singapore market. This hands-on role encompasses managing all e-commerce operations from optimizing product listings to executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns. You'll analyze data to continuously enhance the online shopping experience, directly contributing to increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage e-commerce platforms including Boxgreen website, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Fairprice Online.
• Optimize product listings, content, and promotions to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
• Monitor platform analytics and customer behavior to improve the online shopping experience.
• Coordinate with operations to manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Develop and implement promotional mechanics such as bundles, vouchers, and discounts.
• Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and grow online revenue.
• Work with platform partners to secure campaign slots, promotional opportunities, and favorable terms.
• Track campaign effectiveness and refine strategies using performance data.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Report on KPIs with actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Support customer service operations related to e-commerce orders and inquiries.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce space.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all ecommerce marketplaces and platforms.
• Any other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven E-commerce Marketing experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in data analysis with a good grasp of web analytics and platform dashboards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Based in Kuala Lumpur, with availability for regular in-person team meetings.
