Education Consultant (Location: Ipoh)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Counsel and advise students & parents on overseas study option (especially on universities/institutions in Malaysia, but do not limited to this)
• Liaise with school and college counselor on courses available at local and overseas institutions as well as the application process.
• Assist student and parents on course applications, study visa submission and accommodation arrangement.
• Maintain proactive proactive and and build positive relationship with students and/or parents.
• Attend education exhibition and fairs mainly in North and Central Malaysia.
• Execute company marketing plans.
• Attend to administrative functions and manage daily office routine work.
• Attend to other relevant tasks as requested by the company.
• Attend to inquiries after office hour.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply);
• 1-2 years working experience in education consultant are welcomed to apply
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (preferable)
• Able to work independently and with least supervision
• Outgoing & present personality, mature, good interpersonal & communication skills and customer service skills
• Willing to travel, both in local and in overseas
• Knowledge in Social Media and Online Marketing tools is an added advantage
• Customer friendly and service-oriented
