Position Overview

We are looking for an Electrical Team Leader responsible for managing and maintaining daily electrical systems. This role will lead the electrical team in performing equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs. The position requires a strong technical background in electrical systems, as well as leadership and organizational skills, to ensure the stability and efficiency of the plant’s power systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical System Management:
  • Supervise the daily operations of the plant’s electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and production requirements.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and inspection plans for electrical equipment to ensure stable and safe operations.
• Team Management and Coordination:
  • Lead the electrical team, assigning tasks and monitoring execution to ensure efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Train and guide team members to enhance their professional skills and improve work efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:
  • Diagnose and address equipment issues promptly, performing troubleshooting and repairs to restore normal operations.
  • Analyze and document the root causes of issues and develop preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of faults.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure all electrical maintenance work complies with company safety policies and relevant regulations to prevent safety incidents.
  • Regularly inspect the electrical system for potential hazards and address any issues identified.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status and maintenance of electrical systems.

Key Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as an electrician, with prior experience in team leadership preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and operate relevant tools and testing instruments.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills, with the ability to organize and coordinate team activities effectively.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and operating procedures, with a strong safety awareness.

Other Requirements:

• Valid electrician certification or other relevant qualifications.
• Ability to work in shifts and perform overtime as needed to support production demands.
