Electrical Technician

1. Electrical Systems Installation and Maintenance:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including three-phase power

systems, wiring, control panels, and distribution boards.

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical components to ensure they operate

efficiently and safely.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues in three-phase systems, including motors,

switchgear, and control systems.

2. Factory Equipment Support:

• Ensure optimal functioning of ice-making machines, refrigeration units,

compressors, and conveyors.

• Assist in calibrating and upgrading electrical systems for enhanced machine

performance.

• Support emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.

3. Three-Phase Power Expertise:

• Diagnose and repair faults specific to three-phase systems, such as imbalanced

loads, voltage fluctuations, and motor failures.

• Maintain proper connections and configurations for three-phase electrical

setups.

• Monitor and adjust power distribution to ensure efficient energy usage.

4. Food-Grade Compliance and Safety:

• Follow all electrical safety protocols and adhere to food-grade compliance

standards.

• Ensure electrical installations in production areas meet hygiene and safety

requirements.

• Prevent contamination risks by maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

5. Preventive Maintenance and Documentation:

• Conduct scheduled maintenance for all electrical systems and equipment.

• Maintain detailed logs of inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.

• Proactively identify and resolve potential electrical issues to prevent disruptions.

6. Coordination and Communication:

• Work closely with production and refrigeration teams to address electrical needs.

• Report complexes electrical problems to the Maintenance Manager and

recommend solutions.

• Provide technical support during the installation of new equipment.
