One of the leading automotive players is currently seeking an Employee Engagement expert, where you’ll be a key architect of our employee experience, developing and implementing impactful strategies that foster a sense of belonging, purpose, and high performance. What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Program Development: Design and implement cutting-edge engagement programs aligned with business objectives, using frameworks, metrics, and evaluation processes.
- Compelling Communications: Develop and execute impactful internal communication strategies, creating engaging content for various channels.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics and feedback to understand employee sentiment, identify opportunities, and measure program effectiveness.
- Recognition and Rewards: Design and manage impactful recognition programs that celebrate achievements and reinforce desired behaviors.
- Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with HR, leadership, and stakeholders to integrate engagement principles into key organizational processes.
- Thriving Culture: Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of progressive experience in employee engagement or a related field.
- Deep understanding of engagement principles, best practices, and measurement.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Have a creative mindset and strong ability to think outside of the box.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
