SENIORITY LEVEL: Internship

FUNCTION: Digital Business Solution – GBS HR

LOCATION: Sunway Geo, Selangor

SALARY RANGE: RM 1,500

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

As an Employee Services Intern, you will support our HR team in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth HR processes. Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting with Employee Services requests and Employee Lifecycle Benefits and answering employee queries - covering all HR Processes from Hire to Retire for APMEA West Market.
• Supporting HR administration tasks and ensuring they align with our business needs.
• Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence on various HR projects.
• Using HR procedures to manage data changes and workflows.
• Monitoring your performance to meet service standards and targets.
• Maintaining employee data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Helping with regular HR data reconciliation.
• Identifying and suggesting improvements for HR services and processes.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good analytical skills.
• Customer service mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, patient, and able to work well in a team
