Engineering Engineer

Job Descriptions: -

1. Lead and supervise Engineering team.
2. Plan and manage departmental monthly / yearly budget and expenses.
3. Liase with vendor and contractor, quotation sourcing to purchase requisition.
4. Ensure preventive maintenance done in timely manner.
5. Collaborate with continuous improvement (CI) team in their project for both to improve production capacity and reduce utilities cost.
6. Troubleshoot any issue related to facilities.
7. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations such as BOMBA, MBPG, DOSH & DOE.
8. Oversee fire protection equipment service and maintenance.
9. To be part of safety committee to provide safety culture and enforce any safety related activity.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.
11. To perform other duties as required by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirement: -

1. Degree in any Engineering field or Diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing process or field.
3. Possess good technical background.
4. Have knowledge and experience in lean management and QCC will be an added advantage.
5. · Have knowledge about Auto-CAD and programming in PLC will be an added advantage.
6. · Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. · Good inter-personal skills & communication skills
8. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage workers and coordinate effectively with external stakeholders.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines in a dynamic environment.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. Able to start work immediately
