SPCO MARINE & OFFSHORE SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Lead and motivate project teams to drive high performance and achieve project goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction, marine and process industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Relevant degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
