Job Summary:

onsemi is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Engineer whose responsibilities will focus on MPD (Protection and Small Signal products) for Power Solutions Group. The following are key areas associated with our PE organization:

• Product owner, a Primary contact point of the assigned product portfolio, including supply chain management, customer service, sales and marketing, technical publications, document control, etc.
• Leading Cost Entitlement and Yield Entitlement on gap analysis to innovate improvement opportunities.
• Product Swimlane Owner or Project leader role in FAB/Assembly/Test transfer program in strengthen the supply resilience.
• New Product Development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, qualify and driving the product technical deliverables to achieve the project part release timeline.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical engineering, semiconductor physics, or similar technical field.
• A very good working knowledge of electronic device physics, diode and transistor operation, as well as a strong understanding of semiconductor wafer fabrication and assembly processes.
• Experience with New Product Development, test data analysis for yield enhancement, physical failure analysis, product characterization and reliability testing.
• Ability to structure problems, make well-reasoned decisions, and follow through on them
• Experiences in project management
• Statistical analysis experience.
• Good communication skills in English, good leadership and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
