- Perform routine quality inspections for incoming, in-process and final product to meet the specification and quality standards.
- Conduct process control checking, appearance, performance tests, packaging, and labeling etc., and collaborate on handling non-conforming items.
- Record all inspection result in QA/QC inspection forms/check sheet.
- To collect QA retained sample.
- Release the final products prior to shipment delivery.
- To undertake any other related job such as typing, pre shipment report preparation, etc.
- Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
- Responsible and support for all aspects of quality control and assurance activities.
- Comply with all company quality standards, procedures, and policies.
- To perform any other tasks assigned by superiors/HOD from time to time.
