職責：

    • 設計、實施和評估安全和健康計劃以滿足監管要求和組織目標。
    • 定期進行風險評估並識別潛在的工作場所危害。
    • 採取措施控制和減輕風險，包括使用個人防護裝備（PPE）
    • 隨時了解法規的變化並相應地更新政策。
    • 調查工作場所事故、事件和未遂事故以確定根本原因。
    • 制定糾正措施計劃以防止事件再次發生。
    • 制定並實施緊急應變計畫和程序。
    • 協調和組織消防演習。
    • 與管理階層、員工和相關利害關係人密切合作，創造安全意識文化。
    • 與地方政府（DOSH、BOMBA、DOE、MOH 等）以及與 HSE 實施相關的外部方聯絡。
    • 在檢查和審計期間與監管機構合作。
    • 維護和更新所有相關記錄和報告。
    • 可能會分配其他職責。
資格：

    • 候選人必須至少擁有職業健康與安全、環境健康或相關領域的學士學位、文憑或專業證書。
    • 相關認證（例如：認證安全專業人員-CSP、OSH-C、CEPSWAM 等）
    • 有擔任安全與健康官員或相關職位的經驗
    • 了解職業安全和健康法規。
    • 較強的溝通和人際交往能力。
    • 分析和解決問題的能力。
    • 能夠獨立工作和團隊合作。
特殊要求：

    • 了解 ISO 流程和程序（ISO 9001）將是一個額外的優勢。
