In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and overseeing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies
- Regularly communicating with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and senior management
- Ensuring projects adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to the project team
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and coordinate complex projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or project management
