- Primarily responsible for equipment maintenance, buyoff and release to support production.
- Plan, manage and work on resolving equipment line problems, and prepare the manufacturing line for ramp up.
- Experience in handling and troubleshoot visual mechanical issue for various packages.
- Experience in Cohu or SPEA test handlers.
- Experience in laser marker.
- Knowledge and experience in Teradyne testers are added advantage.
- Implement Preventive/Predictive maintenance program.
- Develop equipment maintenance specification, FMEA, OCAP.
- Monitor equipment performance key indicators and responsible to meet expectation.
- Drive OEE activities and improvement.
- Identify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs.
- Define, develop and maintain equipment capabilities, strategy and roadmap.
- Owner of Equipment KPI such as MUBJ, MTBA, MTBF & quality indicators.
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant experience in equipment maintenance preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Have knowledge in semiconductor final test equipment.
