The ERP Project Manager has the mission to lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems that streamline business operations and support cross-functional alignment. This role ensures timely, efficient project delivery while bridging business needs with technical solutions through clear communication, initiative, and adaptability.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Alignment of ERP Solutions to Company Needs:Â
- Align, optimize and improve processes of the company to business needs and direction.
- Sync processes with Odoo ERP Standard processes setup and find solutions where needed.
- Develop customized processes based on operation needs
- ERP Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of ERP projects from start to finish
- Ensure that project milestones are delivered on time
- Maintenance and TrainingÂ
- Compile data analysis reports according to user requirements.
- Manage user permissions, accounts and password administration.
- Optimize automated workflows by leveraging on system capabilities.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs to ensure effective adoption of the ERP.
- Coordinate Cross-functional Teams and VendorsÂ
- Liaise and work closely with the tech team
- Complete adoption of the system across all relevant departments within 3 months post launch
- Project Progress Communications
- Ensure communication of project progress with stakeholders
- Retaining stakeholder satisfaction score of 8.5/10 or higher
Requirements:Â
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology or any related field
- Experience in managing ERP system implementation.
- Project management skills and experience in project management tools. (eg. ASANA, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, etc)
- Basic knowledge of business processes and system integration. (logical knowledge)
- Familiar with Python, XML and SQL languages.
- Understand API operations.
- Proficient in Excel functions and BI tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to adapt to new tools and technology.
- Self-discipline and able to take initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills.
- Open to travel to China for a period of 2 to 3 weeks every 1 to 2 months.
