Manager Job Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of estate to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor, control and evaluate estate agricultural practices according to the Group's direction.
- Execute strategic plans for the oil palm estate development. maintenance, FFB harvesting, replanting and etc.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Review and manage operational budgets and accounts.
- Monitor cost efficiency and within budget.
- Analyse account for monthly meeting.
- Familiar with MSPO principles and implementation
- Managing the overall operation of the oil palm plantation in-charge.
- Control all phases of estate operation, cost management, labour management, planting practices, FFB harvesting and production.
- Supervising field maintenance and replanting work.
- Assist the Estate Manager in all aspects of work
- Modernization of the estate work practices, including awareness of the requirements of MSPO.
- Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the management or superior from time to time
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least in Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or AISP.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work and live in the estate
