Job Description

Work Location: IOI City, Putrajaya
Work Arrangement: Fully onsite, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Experience in the finance, banking, or insurance sectors is preferred.
Academic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL transformation rules using Talend Big Data
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve data integration issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders in France/Luxembourg and Malaysia when production issues arise
- Build and optimize data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics
- Monitor data quality, performance, and compliance with internal security policies and industry standards
- Document ETL workflows and transformation rules for operational transparency
- Assist in data migration and integration from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms
- Uphold data governance and best practices across all ETL processes
- Strong business analysis capabilities
- Experience in supporting production and providing user-facing support is highly valued
- Ability to work independently and respond proactively to issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially across regional teams
- ETL development using Talend Big Data
- Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and migration
- Experience with data validation, cleansing, and enrichment
- Familiarity with data governance principles
- Working knowledge of cloud-based data platforms is an advantage
Experience in the finance, banking, or insurance sectors is preferred.
