Description of role:

The role is responsible to provide administrative support for examinations, including invigilating exams in accordance with established procedures and policies. Responsibilities include preparing examination materials, samples, and equipment, as well as conducting inspections of exam samples and venues. Additionally, offer examination support in other regions based on the scheduled requirements. The key responsibilities are as follows:


  • Exam Administrative Support.
  • Invigilate examination based on Examination procedures/policy.
  • To prepare examination materials/samples/equipment.
  • Exam samples and venue inspection.
  • To support examinations in other regions as per the schedules (willing to travel local and overseas).
  • Assisting Administration for Inquiry – Walk-in, Emails & Telephone calls.
  • Conducting eye tests for candidates.
  • Assisting in preparing & sending examination materials to examination venues.
  • Assist during audit and or inspection of the department if required.
  • Ensuring that all examination materials/samples/equipment are in good order and well maintained.
  • Perform other duties as and when required by the Management.


Job Requirements


  • Diploma or Degree holder of equivalent qualification
  • Have minimum 2 years working experience in same related field or equivalent qualification.
  • Have a good skill in MSOffice Software
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Written & Spoken).
  • Initiative, able to work independently, good interpersonal skills, a team player.
  • Must be organized with strong attention to detail, have the ability to manage your own workload and to priorities effectively according to business needs.
  • Willing to travel when needed.
