1. Responsible for the smooth operation of all matters pertaining to office administration matters2. Assist in effective planning and management of overall office administration
Key Responsibilities1. Source and negotiate with contractors/suppliers for favorable contracts/terms of contract inclusive of credit term for settlement of job done2. Source and maintain a reliable group of suppliers who provide good services, best rates and terms to the company and to review such provision on regular basis3. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the office and surrounding area, ie lighting, office renovation, plumbing air cond, telephone, office security & courier service etc.4. Secure office space & monitoring of tenancy agreement5. Ensure timely purchase of office equipment, office furniture etc.6. Ensure timely payment to contractors/suppliers.7. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.8. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
QualificationsDegree in Business Admin or related fields.
Skills & AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
Able to communicate in Mandarin language will be added advantage.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience Minimum of 1 year relevant experience. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.How to apply
