As a property management company, HOMII do the best to supply the market with its signature room rental service inspired by co-living concept. Besides providing premium room rental experience to people, HOMII also actively help property owner to manage their property from sales, renovation to rental. HOMII founded since 2018, and manage up to 1000 rooms today and still going on.

REQUIREMENTS
1) Minimum diploma in business studies/administration/management, secretarial or equivalents
2) Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
3) Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in Mandarin, English
4) Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations
5) Strong interpersonal and management skills
6) Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
7) Positive thinker, IT literate with multi-tasking abilities
8) Willing to travel, when required

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Provide admin support to director, including managing schedules, arranging meetings & prepare proposals.
2. Assist travel arrangements for director, including flights, accommodation, itineraries.
3. To liase and follow up with agents/developer/clients for relevant enquiry
4. Work closely with director and relevant business parties to ensure information flow smoothly and effectively to support decision making and strategy developing.
5. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
6. Assist with tracking expenses and budgets for personal and business-related finances.
7. Ensure timely payment of bills/invoices/anything related.
8. Maintain professional relationships with business partner, clients, developer.
9. Represent director in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with others.
10. Prepare, distribute & archive meeting agendas and minutes.
