Executive - Contracts

Responsible for the handling of projects.

• Tender Management:

  • Oversee the preparation of Bills of Quantities.
  • Establish net unit rates and cost estimates.
  • Prepare enquiries for material, labour, and plant quotations.
  • Conduct site visits, valuations, and prepare reports.
  • Liaise with external consultants and coordinate inter-departmental activities.
  • Review measurement of quantities and calculations.
  • Compile total cost summaries and reports.
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of tender documents.
  • Conduct tender reviews.

• Cost Control:

  • Prepare Interim Certificates for contractors based on consultant recommendations.
  • Assist in cost control of preliminary budgets throughout project phases.

• Consultant Quantity Surveyor Performance:

  • Assess tender estimates and quotations from Consultant Quantity Surveyors.
  • Prepare departmental budget estimates for specified works.

• Site Management Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of variation works and progress claims.
  • Monitor and evaluate RFVs, variation orders, contractual claims, and final account settlements

1. Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Technology.2. 1-2 years working experience

Good working knowledge of Pre and Post Contract Works
