Job Summary

Support the planning and execution of digital brand initiatives that strengthen Gamuda Land’s presence and relevance across platforms. This role involves coordinating integrated campaigns, driving performance marketing, and collaborating on compelling content that resonates with Malaysian audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in rolling out integrated digital campaigns across key platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant social media channels to drive traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external creative teams, including CGI and visual production, to develop brand-aligned content.
• Work closely with agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance (Engagement metrics, CPL, CPA, CTR), and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Stay updated on digital and social media trends, and propose fresh, culturally relevant yet fresh content ideas (e.g. TikTok trends, brand collaborations).
• Confident and presentable — willing to appear in brand videos and on-ground content when needed.
• Conduct monthly competitor benchmarking to identify digital best practices and content opportunities.
• Provide support for administrative tasks such as e-paperwork and internal approvals when required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related business field. Candidates with relevant work experience are also encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing.
• Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and TikTok — with a strong understanding of audience behaviour and content performance.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility combined with an analytical mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights.
• Keen eye for visuals, solid content instincts, and familiarity with lifestyle and community-driven narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Creative, agile, performance-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
