Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and oversee warehouse outbound team.
- Plan inventory replenishment and assign orders for pickers.
- Monitor quality check and packing process.
- Planning the daily activities to achieve the target in terms of productivity and SLA.
- Able to ensure processed orders are dispatched in a timely manner and according to schedule.
- Coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
- Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems.
- Ability to operate various handling equipment, i.e. hand pallet truck, will be advantageous.
- Possess continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follow safe warehouse practices.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least PMR/SPM.
- Have experience with a fulfilment warehouse.
- Multi-tasking, careful, attention to details, strong integrity, sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines.
- Preferably specialising in the Fulfilment process.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Required language(s): English, Malay.
