Executive (Inventory) Business Development - Corporate

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor department inventory:
• Complete 6 monthly expiry check list
• Review min and max stock level every 3 months
• Receives stock from WH and outlet accurately
• Monitor pending IBT and GRN issue
• Rotate short expiring and slow-moving item to outlets
• Order DSP items and follow up on delivery status with supplier
• Prepping department for bi-annual stock take:
• Monitor negative item listing report
• Ensure all item barcode are updated on shelving
• Work closely with Supply Chain team to ensure minimum out of stock issue:
• Monitor owing stock status (to patient or to hospital) closely to prevent missed out
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in related field
• Min 2 years working experience with inventory and warehousing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
