Your Mission
- Support the organization in nurturing a culture of continuous learning across the organization by managing end-to-end training programs including assisting in the design, coordination, implementation and administration of learning and development programmes, initiatives and events. Ensure operational efficiency and tasks completion within the mandated timelines.
- Facilitate all types of in-house training programme implementation as per annual training calendar including managing the course accessibility and enrolments in NADI and timely communication, HRDC documentations and logistical arrangement
- Act as a point of contact for internal training by providing relevant administrative support and functional assistance to the internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate in-house training expenses (budget and HRDC), attendance and completion. Handle general L&D administrative tasks including processing payment, data entry and supporting the preparation of report and presentations for management.
- Manage data related learning activities on various platforms, monitor and track learners' engagement and progress, and provide support in resolving access or technical issues.
- Supporting the execution of learning and development events by facilitating logistics arrangements, including booking venues, managing participant registration, and assisting smooth operations during the events.
- Ensure compliance with the training policies and process flow documentation requirements.
- Keep accurate training records and consolidate the annual learning data.
- Well-versed in Workday learning module to manage the overall learning records in Workday and assist the employees to navigate Workday learning module.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role is preferred.
