To recruit new prospects and grow existing portfolio

The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and review renewals of all existing policies and sum insured.
• Provide recommendations/advice to the customers/intermediaries on their insurance requirements.
• Meeting up with customers/intermediaries on regular basis to identify and discuss any shortcomings faced by them.
• Provide market feedback regarding new products and/or trends.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Degree in any relevant studies field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in General Insurance recruiting and servicing agents required for this position.
• Sound technical knowledge in all classes of general insurance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organization and effective time management skills.
• Prompt and confidence in speaking with clients / customers in English, Bahasa Malaysia and fluent in Fuzhou dialect will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate with proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Responsible and with integrity.
• Self-motivated, positive working attitude and capable of working independently.
• Team player and able to motivate fellow team members.
• Mobile - Willing to travel
