Executive, Material Warehouse

Managing the receiving, storage and issue materials. To ensure all data keyed in, processed and updated correctly. To ensure the route planning and buffer stock for production is done effectively. Perform movement of inventory accuracy in warehouse. Generate Goods Receipt (GR) for receiving material and issue Delivery Order (DO) for return the material to supplier and customer. Posting Daily Stock issue to Production for tally the system with physical. Achieve in KPI performance and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Update the movement of inventory in warehouse.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing SOP and protocols.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security of warehouse.
• Manage stock control and reconciliation with inventory management system.
• Manage the operation and resources in material team.
• Involved and assist line manager to drive excellence for department.
• Involved in any improvement activities (safety, quality etc.)
• Ensure receiving and issuing on time posting in system.
• Ensure material receive, storage and issue are according to company quality standard.
• Any other duties that are to be given from time to time.
  
  

Requirements

• With SPM/STPM/Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistic or equivalent.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Operational Logistic.
• Basic computer skills (Ms Words and Ms Excel).
• With sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and dependable.
• Positive attitude.
• Proactive & Innovative.
