Responsibilities
- Accountable to ensure all inquiries for problematic delivery issues are well addressed on
- daily basis and close in timely mannered in all mediums
- Accountable to conduct a thorough investigations for all problematic parcels/delivery issues within the allotted time
- Accountable to verify all claims submissions from all claimant
- To prepare report on the related problematic delivery issues on weekly basis
- To ensure full adherence to Recovery's SOP
- To ensure the relevant stakeholders are well informed with issue that tag to order(s)
- To ensure the accuracy of data input into the recovery system
- To assist Manager/Head for any ad hoc projects and analysis as and when required.
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduate encouraged to apply)
- 2 years working experience in courier service will be an added advantage
- Candidate must be a process and details oriented. Meticulous in ensuring processes are followed
- Good analytical and communication skills and a problem solver
- Hands on approach as work will be close to warehouse based
- Strong ability to grasp operation processes and systems quickly
- Must have an excellent spoken & written knowledge in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to connect with people and communicate clearly
- Must have high integrity and responsibility towards the task assigned
- Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Google apps
- Quick learner: we work in a fast-paced environment where you will be challenged to rapidly pick up on new concepts
