This role combines elements of human resources business partnering with hands-on recruitment responsibilities. What You’ll Champion
HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
- Support HRBP initiatives and work closely with business units to implement HR policies and programs.
- Assist with performance review cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and general HR matters.
- Support employee relations matters, including documentation, follow-up, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR-related reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal referrals, and recruitment partners.
- Conduct initial screenings and ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Support onboarding of new hires and ensure proper handover to HR operations or managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HR practices, local labor laws, and recruitment tools/platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of ATS and Recruitment platforms.
