JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, People Solutions & Recruitment to support our HR operations and talent acquisition initiatives. This role combines elements of human resources business partnering with hands-on recruitment responsibilities. The ideal candidate is people-centric, organized, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while helping the organization attract and retain top talent.

Your Role As a

Executive, People Solutions & Recruitment

What You’ll Champion

HR Business Partnering (HRBP):

• Support HRBP initiatives and work closely with business units to implement HR policies and programs.
• Assist with performance review cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and general HR matters.
• Support employee relations matters, including documentation, follow-up, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR-related reports and dashboards.
  
  

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal referrals, and recruitment partners.
• Conduct initial screenings and ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Support onboarding of new hires and ensure proper handover to HR operations or managers.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with HR practices, local labor laws, and recruitment tools/platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of ATS and Recruitment platforms.
