We are currently looking for the Executive, Performance - Social to join us. You will perform Digital Social campaigns across various client portfolios and industry verticals.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Successfully execute social media campaigns (from setup to reporting) with limited direction from the Manager.
  • Understand the various ad products and campaign management platforms for each of the key social media channels.
  • Understand the technical nuances of each campaign and be able to identify and escalate campaign issues (e.g. under performance) to the Manager.
  • Develop a relationship with the key social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) and providers, who will facilitate campaign management, optimization, reporting and troubleshooting.

In six months:

  • To have POV on how a good campaign should be executed and when or what platform is needed based on campaign objectives
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Contribute to strategy building for a campaign

In 12 months:

  • Have a fruitful and objective based discussion with the account teams on how digital platforms can support or be a key driver of a campaign
  • Able to set clear goals and KPIs for all proposed campaigns


GroupM Nexus Responsibilities:

The GroupM Nexus team adopt a collaborative and customer-centric approach in delivering high value and innovative solutions for our Agencies and Agencies’ clients, including the activation and execution of dynamic media campaigns.

The following are the responsibilities of the GroupM Nexus Social Buying team and the varying degree of complexity is subject to individual job level:

  • Understanding of GroupM Agency deliverables and campaign KPIs.
  • Understand media behaviors and how the target audience interacts with Social touchpoints (i.e. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients’ campaigns and advise GroupM Agencies accordingly
  • Proactively address, and when needed escalate, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Ensure understanding and 100% compliance with finance process, GroupM policies and procedures.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration by demonstrating openness to new ideas and interest in learning from colleagues with different expertise.
  • Continuously expand and share knowledge and understanding of new trends, channels and technologies across Social activation


What your day job looks like at GroupM:

  • Independently plan (create media schedule) full funnel planning tactics for Social activation (i.e. awareness, consideration and conversion touchpoints including eCommerce requirements) across multiple Paid Social platforms (Core platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter required; Additional platforms such as LINE, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest is highly recommended)
  • Lead and implement Social campaign activities of established local and global brands across multiple industries
  • Attain Facebook Blueprint Planner and Buyer certifications
  • Attain Twitter Flight School Badges
  • Manage a cluster team and be responsible for team coaching and day-to-day supervision
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital/Social Marketing or relevant industry
  • Knowledge and experience on Paid Social platforms including inherent knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Twitter Ad Manager is a requirement
  • Long term commitment to personal and company growth
  • Nurturing mindset. Strong sense of accountability and desire to grow and support the team’s growth through intense learning and re-application
  • Leadership skills demonstrated by self-confidence, good judgement, sound decision-making, empathic listening, flexibility, self-motivation and ability to challenge the status quo
