Executive, Process Improvement

The Process Improvement will manage a stream of operations within the Distribution Centre, collaborating with both internal teams and external tools to ensure timely and accurate responses. The executive will be responsible for creating, updating, and developing workflows that drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• End-to-end Process Improvement: Oversee the entire process improvement lifecycle, from identification to implementation, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Management & Communication: Lead communication and manage projects related to process enhancements as required.
• Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Utilize data to analyze trends, uncover insights, and propose improvements that enhance processes and provide better visibility.
• Product/Tools/Process Expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of relevant products, tools, and processes to support improvement initiatives.
• Process-Driven Design: Apply process-driven thinking to the design and improvement of workflows.
• Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports, sharing relevant information with stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Order Planning Oversight: Oversee the order planning department to ensure effective coordination and execution.

Do you have experience in Process Improvement?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in process design and improvement.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Must be willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Sepang.
