Job Responsibility

  • Inspect and approve/reject raw materials, packaging, and finished products based on quality standards, reporting abnormalities and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, FSSC, HACCP, and other quality standards, maintaining accurate records of tests, defects, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure product quality, supervise QC activities, and manage product release based on texture and specifications.
  • Conduct supplier audits, assess vendor performance, and address non-conformance issues (SCAR) when necessary.
  • Participate in meetings to resolve quality-related concerns, investigate complaints, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and refine quality benchmarks for raw materials, processes, and finished products, ensuring consistent quality enhancements.
  • Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, FSSC, HACCP, Halal, and 5S certifications while supporting overall quality initiatives.
  • Perform in any activities, assignment, project and any other task given as and when required by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs degree in Chemistry, Science or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years working experience
  • Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, FSSC, & ISO 9001, Halal, and other food standards
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
