Job Description
OVERVIEW
- Executing recruitment process for local employee including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and negotiation and closing of offer
- Executing the end-to-end local recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, selection and offer
- Processing local sourcing and screening including walk-in applications and organizing local mass recruitment drives with Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) Negeri or other local bodies
- Assisting in developing recruitment sourcing plan to fulfil employee requisitions based on appropriate sourcing channels provided by Recruitment Strategy Team under HR Excellence
- Executing talent acquisition policies and procedures to support business growth
- Managing internal customer needs and satisfaction levels by providing timely responses
- Assisting in planning and coordinating talent acquisition activities in accordance with the yearly plan
- Applying latest techniques in resourcing to attract talent
- Monitoring the deliverables agreed upon with recruitment agencies
- Maintaining robust external talent pool for potential succession candidates
- Conducting sourcing and facilitating selection of candidates for Young Professional (YP) program
- Managing internship applications and information for future references to build a sustainable talent pipeline
- Generating employment extension/ conversion letter
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR preferably in manufacturing
- End-to-end recruitment process, ranging from sourcing, phone screening, coordinating interviews, job offering
- Compliance auditing approaches, and evaluation methods
- HRMS and ATS systems
- Interviewing - Behavioral interviewing techniques (anchored on competencies)
- Hiring Funnel Matrix
