工作目的
- 負責推動從服務請求到客戶訂單批准的銷售週期的整體端到端管理，包括管理客戶提交/批准的變更訂單價格。
- 作為租賃續約活動的一部分，推動與多個客戶的服務訂單表（SOF）/銷售提案（SPR）的協調專案。
- 根據公司指南和流程/標準操作程序，協助準備客製化、主機託管、升級、退役等的 PR 和訂單。
- 識別並驗證每個 SPR/訂單表中的詳細信息，特別是升級信息（例如現役設備的數量/地面空間），並管理客戶對 VO 項目的驗證和爭議。
- 定期跟進未完成訂單的根本原因並及時向主管報告。
- 準備每週工作完成情況報告並得到主管的確認。
- 支援 AR 解決管理團隊解決和管理與客戶和內部利害關係人之間的糾紛和時效（超過 90 天）問題。這包括解決爭議、報告、數據分析、爭議管理和預防以及業務流程變更/更新。
- 公認的學士學位，最好是電信、電機、機械工程、電腦科學或軟體工程專業。
- 擁有 2 - 3 年整合和支援訂單管理流程的相關經驗將是一個額外的優勢。
- 具備熟練使用 Microsoft Office 應用程式的經驗，並能有效使用 Excel。
- 適應在公司管理的多個數位應用程式/應用程式中工作。
- 溝通技巧（英語），以便與銷售團隊、營運專家、合作部門、客戶和高階主管進行有效的口頭和書面溝通。
- 分析和解決問題的能力，以發現銷售流程改進的機會並制定和實施新策略。
- 「多語言」－能夠使用商業、金融、銷售語言並擔任這些群體之間的翻譯。
