Executive/ Senior Executive, Sales & Credit Admin

1. Follow up with lawyer, purchaser and sales team to ensure timely execution of Sale and Purchase Agreement
2. To check and ensure the purchaser's details, property details, and floor plan are accurately stated the Sale and Purchase Agreement and other relevant sales documents.
3. Coordinate with solicitor for SPA relevant matters.
4. To liaise with internal and external parties to resolve issues related Sales Administration
5. Respond positively and professionally to customer’s queries and work closely with other department to resolve issue within the stipulated deadline.
6. To ensure Credit Notes (CN) for rebates or promotions (if applicable) are accurately updated in the system according to the promotion terms.
7. Ensure timely billing & collection.
8. To manage the process of loan documentations, including liaising with Purchaser, solicitors and end-financiers for collection.
9. Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & updates into System.
10. To prepare monthly collection forecast report.
11. To verify the agent commission and submit it to the finance department within the specified timeframe.
12. Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
13. Ensure all records are accurately updated into system.
14. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
15. To comply with client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
16. To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
17. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
18. Diploma/Degree holder in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in handling sales admin in Property Development Industry.
2. Required skill(s) MS Office & MHW
3. Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
4. Good in documentation and filing.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow-up skills.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
