Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm social media content that resonates with our brand and engages our target customers.
• Assist in designing promotional materials and grow our social media presence.
• Conduct market analysis and stay updated with market trends
• Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting.
• Learn to understand customers' needs and provide the best solutions.
• Address referrals/customers’ inquiries promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Able to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage.
• Malaysian only.
• Willing to learn, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Willing to work at Kuchai Lama.
