About your new role!

After a period of rapid growth, GO is looking for a Senior Experience Designer to design software and platforms that meet business’ and people’s needs. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. Other responsibilities include:

  • Developing user-friendly and visually appealing designs for digital products like websites and mobile apps
  • Collaborating closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended
  • Building prototypes and wireframes to visualize the design and layout of a product before full-scale development
  • Crafting the visual elements of a product, including layout, color schemes, and interactive elements
  • Presenting designs and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval
  • Participate in concept sessions leveraging user research and data-driven design thinking
  • Introduce trends and best practices across experiences/industries/channels
  • Undertaking research activities to understand user needs, behaviors, and demographics
  • Implementing various user testing methods, such as A/B testing, usability testing, and user interviews, to gather feedback on designs
  • Facilitating effective communication between various departments, such as marketing and engineering, to ensure a cohesive product strategy


What we'd love to see from you

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in digital and in experience design
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe CS or any other prototyping tools
  • Proven experience delivering concepts, personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc. (please submit portfolio alongside your application)
  • Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills to deliver work with different teams and clients
  • A self-starter who is keen to solve problems creatively
  • Online portfolio showcasing past work related to experience design or problem solving
  • Experience in gathering and using data through platforms such as AA, GA etc. to enhance design decisions
