Project Role:
· Develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
· Allocate and manage resources to meet project goals.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
· Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses.
· Lead project teams in executing tasks and adjusting plans as needed.
· Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders.
· Implement quality control measures for project deliverables.
· Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements.
· Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
· Ensure successful project closure and conduct post-project evaluations.
Facilities Role:
· Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment.
· Coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and service providers for routine upkeep.
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
· Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
· Develop and monitor budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
· Plan and execute space utilization strategies to optimize facility resources.
· Collaborate with internal departments to understand facility needs and address requirements.
· Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices within the facilities.
· Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues related to safety and functionality.
